Quick sweet-craving remedy

Step 1: halve a date

Step 2: spread 1/2-1 tsp unrefined coconut oil on it

Step 3: spread 1/2-1 tsp peanut butter on top of that

Step 4: smush a walnut half on top

Step 5: see if you don’t say MMMMMMMMMMM when you bite into it.

  3. perfect simple snack. I have tried walnuts wrapped in dried apricots, but this looks even better!
