Fast food is not good for you but every now and then you want a little grease. Or maybe you are stuck with others who have chosen a fast food joint as the lunch place and you have to find something. I have compiled tables listing safe choices for a few fast-food chains. First, though, visit a Loving Hut near you–great food; be sure to get a slice of carrot cake after the meal!
